Process
From idea to something real.
Five movements. The depth changes with the project; the order doesn't.

Kick-off
Understand the idea, the problem and the people who will use it. We ask the awkward questions early, because they are cheaper to answer now.
- Problem statement
- User and business goals
- Constraints and risks
Plan
Scope
Define the product scope and the technical direction before anything is built. You approve what is in, and what is explicitly out.
- Feature scope
- Data model
- Fixed-fee estimate
Design
Design
Turn the concept into a clear, usable digital experience. Interface and system design happen together, so nothing gets promised the build cannot keep.
- Wireframes
- Visual design
- Clickable prototype
Build
Build
Engineer the actual product in short cycles you can see and test. You get a staging link early and real progress every week.
- Working builds
- Weekly review
- Staging environment
Launch
Go live
Deploy, test, monitor and keep improving after go-live. Handover includes the code, the accounts and a walkthrough your team can follow.
- Deployment
- Monitoring
- Training and handover
What we believe
Principles, not slogans.
Build for the problem
Every feature has to earn its place. If it does not solve something real, it does not ship.
Design and engineering together
The interface and the system underneath are designed in the same conversation, not handed off.
Built to last a year
A launch is the start of the product's life, not the end of the project.
People first
Technology should make people's work and lives easier. That is the whole point.
Questions
Before you start.
How long does a project take?
A website is usually 2–4 weeks. A custom web application runs 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We give you a written timeline before we start, and we tell you when something will move it.
How much will my project cost?
Every engagement starts with discovery, then a fixed-fee estimate. We quote after we understand the scope, not before — a number given without understanding the problem is a guess.
Do I own the code?
Yes. On final payment you own the code, the domain, the hosting and every account. We hand over everything and walk your team through it.
Can my team edit the website ourselves?
Yes. Every site we build comes with an admin panel for your content — pages, projects, team, blog posts and enquiries — so you are not dependent on us for routine updates.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is the normal starting point. Describe the problem you are trying to solve; we will help you decide what the first version should actually be.
